The FullCAM model - Advanced Users
Building on the basic model understanding developed in the Introductory course, this advanced course will walk participants through three typically modeled scenarios:
- Conversion from Conventional Cropping to Continuous Cover
- Conversion from Conventional Cropping to Environmental Planting
- Conversion from Conventional Cropping to Rotational Forestry
Participants will be shown through the elements of the model to familiarize themselves with the various model parameters which will assist in building understanding around the impacts of crop and tree species and land management impacts on soil carbon.
Who should take this course:
Those who have more extensive experience in the use of the model and are wanting to refine their skills and understand how various parameters within the model can affect the outcome.
After Course Support:
On completion of this course participants will be invited to become part of a Forum where FullCAM users can share experiences and learn from other users. This forum meets monthly via webinar and is chaired by EAS.
